Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding IT technical issues and inquiries, ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include supporting the setup and configuration of hardware, software, and IT systems, as well as installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. The specialist will manage support requests through a ticketing system, perform necessary software updates and installations, and contribute to IT projects and technology rollouts. Candidates should possess a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications. Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments is beneficial, alongside strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking.
