Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology by serving as an ambitious PLC Programmer for a client, focusing on creating and developing PLC programs for medium to large-scale automation projects. Day-to-day tasks include designing and optimizing control software for machinery and systems, conducting test runs, performing error analysis, and thorough troubleshooting. A critical component of the job is documenting software and creating operating instructions, collaborating cross-departmentally for system integration, and providing training and instruction on production facilities. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, or equivalent professional qualification, coupled with fundamental knowledge of automation technology. Desirable skills include initial experience with PLC programs such as Codesys, Siemens Simatic S7/TIA-Portal, Beckhoff/TwinCat 3, and/or Rockwell/Allan-Bradley, alongside excellent German and preferably good English language skills.
