Job Summary

This role involves specialized metrology work within the demanding aerospace sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and programming measurement routines using CAD models and technical drawings, specifically focusing on complex assemblies and components. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting manufactured assemblies against specifications, measuring surface properties and hardness using specialized systems, and generating comprehensive measurement reports. A key component of the job is statistical analysis for product-accompanying tests and coordinating measurement strategies with production teams, customers, and suppliers regarding capacity and scheduling. Candidates must have a completed vocational training, potentially a Master or Technician qualification, and multi-year experience in metrology, particularly with Zeiss CALYPSO, and strong proficiency in both German and English.
