Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support, including the acceptance, analysis, and resolution of IT malfunctions. You will support end-users both locally and remotely, manage the installation and maintenance of hardware and software components, and meticulously document all activities within a ticketing system. The position also involves assisting with IT projects, implementing new systems, and training users on relevant topics. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, coupled with initial experience in IT support, preferably within the automotive field. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network administration, and hardware configuration is essential, alongside fluent German and good English communication skills.
