Job Summary

This role requires an experienced professional to develop and implement robust IT security strategies and measures aimed at securing vehicle systems and internal IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and assessing IT security risks, performing penetration tests and vulnerability analyses, and ensuring strict adherence to established security standards like ISO 27001 and NIST. The manager will be crucial in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to integrate security solutions into development processes and will lead security incident management and investigations. Candidates must hold a degree in Computer Science or IT Security and bring several years of professional experience in the field, ideally within the automotive industry. Excellent communication skills in both German (minimum B2+) and English are mandatory, positioning the successful candidate to take responsibility for complex development projects for major automotive OEMs and suppliers.
