Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Requirements Engineer to drive complex automotive development projects for leading OEMs and suppliers. The core responsibility involves the end-to-end management of requirements for vehicle systems, including elicitation, detailed analysis, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will be instrumental in creating and maintaining specifications, ensuring traceability and consistency across the entire development process. A key part of the job involves conducting requirements workshops, validating specifications, and working closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation and verification. You will also support the integration of new technologies and solutions. To succeed, you must possess a degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and several years of professional experience in Requirements Engineering, ideally within the automotive sector. Expertise in requirements analysis tools and methodologies (such as DOORS or Polarion) is essential, coupled with strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
