Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Service and Automation Technician focused on maintaining and optimizing automated systems for various clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of automated plants and systems directly at customer sites. A core function involves advanced troubleshooting and fault analysis on PLC-controlled machinery, alongside performing necessary software adjustments and updates using tools like Siemens S7 and TIA Portal. The successful candidate will also document service operations, provide training to customer staff, and collaborate closely with development and technical support teams. Key requirements include a degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology, practical experience with various PLC systems (Siemens, Beckhoff, B&R), and a willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
