Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for complex infrastructure projects within the high-voltage sector, focusing on the development and implementation of critical energy infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include designing future-oriented cable connections, overhead lines, and substations, creating comprehensive tender documents, and managing detailed project schedules. The professional will lead construction meetings with partner companies, ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and provide technical expertise to the team while identifying and mitigating potential project risks. The ideal candidate holds an Electrical Engineering degree or a Technician qualification specializing in Power Engineering, coupled with proven experience in 110kV high-voltage cable technology, overhead line construction, and the operation of 110kV switchgear/substations. Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success in this challenging and future-focused role.
