Job Summary

Key tasks involve the installation, configuration, repair, and administration of PC hardware, software, peripherals, printers, and mobile devices. The specialist will also be responsible for implementing technical changes and optimizing existing IT processes. To succeed, you must bring a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience in complex software and hardware environments, including proficiency with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Windows/Office. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach are mandatory for this challenging position.
