Job Summary

This role involves ensuring smooth IT operations by managing and dispatching IT support tickets, providing hands-on IT support for hardware and software issues directly at various locations, and taking responsibility for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing IT workstations to ensure a secure and productive environment. The Service Desk Employee will collaborate closely with expert teams to resolve complex IT problems, monitor IT resources to ensure policy compliance, and actively share knowledge within the team to maintain high service levels. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT-related qualification, strong foundational knowledge in hardware/software installation and maintenance, expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory, and excellent German and English communication skills. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or comparable qualification in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or IT System Salesperson)

Experience

  • Foundational knowledge in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and common Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in Active Directory management
  • Experience in IT support, ideally within a hospital environment and handling Hospital Information Systems (KIS) (preferred)
