Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer looking to bridge the gap between complex electrical engineering and customer-facing sales support within the global energy technology sector. The Application and Sales Engineer will specialize in Power Quality, ensuring clients maintain robust and compliant energy supplies using filter circuit and compensation technologies, which are critical for smooth manufacturing operations and the integration of renewable energy sources (wind, solar, hydrogen electrolysis). Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical consulting and application support, conducting product presentations and training, assisting the sales team with technical design and quotation preparation, and collaborating closely with the R&D department to relay market trends and customer requirements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, possesses experience in Power Quality or energy measurement technology, and has fluent German and good English skills. This position requires strong technical understanding combined with sales acumen and a willingness to travel for customer visits and events.
