Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electronics Technician to join a defense industry company in Kassel, Germany, on a permanent contract with excellent compensation (€24.00 per hour, 35-hour week). Day-to-day responsibilities focus on the precision manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of cables and electronic components. Key tasks include fabricating cables and assemblies according to technical drawings and bills of materials, soldering, connecting contacts, and mounting connectors. The successful candidate will also be responsible for quality control checks and the repair and maintenance of existing components. Essential qualifications include a completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or significant professional experience in industrial cable manufacturing, coupled with the ability to read and understand complex technical and electrical drawings. Strong German language skills and willingness to work in a 2-shift system are required.
