Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled System Component Tester to join a pharmaceutical industry client in Erlangen. The core responsibilities involve the hands-on inspection, testing, and commissioning of complex system components and standard measuring systems according to detailed instructions and relevant standards. Day-to-day tasks include wiring systems, performing both electrical and mechanical commissioning, installing necessary software (including PLC and PC configurations), and verifying performance parameters through functional testing. A critical part of the job is meticulous documentation, including creating detailed test reports and packing lists, as well as calibrating Beta+ measuring heads and reviewing web system test protocols. Candidates should possess completed vocational training as an Electrician or Mechanic and relevant professional experience. Good written and spoken English skills and basic knowledge of PLC systems are essential.
