Job Summary

This role involves supporting the production team at Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, focusing on electrical systems and comprehensive work preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technical issues, addressing non-conformities, executing Work Order Management for external tasks, and escalating recurring problems related to Work Prep, PPE, Maintenance, MAP, and Outstanding Work. A key focus is integrating these functions into continuous improvement routines and supporting capacity management by anticipating fluctuations in the Product Lifecycle Situation (SPS). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace, or an equivalent technical qualification, coupled with several years of professional experience in electrical work preparation within the aerospace sector. Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace, along with fluent German and advanced English skills, are essential for success in this demanding, two-shift environment.
