Job Summary

Join a leading full-service provider for digitalization projects within German public administrations as an IT Service Technician in Stuttgart. This role is crucial for maintaining operational IT environments for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the setup, installation, and replacement of IT workstations and peripheral devices, alongside performing 1st and 2nd level fault analysis, troubleshooting, and ticket resolution. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and updating Windows clients and standard software, preparing hardware for rollout, and providing essential on-site customer support, including managing IT relocations. The ideal candidate possesses an IT-related qualification or equivalent knowledge, practical experience in IT service, strong proficiency in Windows client environments, and basic understanding of networking and IT security. A Class B driving license is mandatory for field service operations.
