Job Summary

This critical role focuses on the efficient planning, professional execution, and technical completion of fiber optic cable networks and house connections within the telecommunications sector. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the entire network lifecycle (Netzebene 3, from Point of Presence to the final termination point in the building). Day-to-day tasks involve ensuring all construction and installation work strictly complies with contractual obligations, technical standards, relevant regulations, and occupational safety guidelines to maintain sustainable network quality. The successful candidate will independently steer multiple parallel fiber optic projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and predefined timelines. This requires strong coordination skills to ensure smooth information exchange among all internal and external project participants. Candidates must possess a technical qualification (Technician, Master, or Degree) in IT/Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering, coupled with proven project leadership experience and strong commercial acumen.
