Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a (Junior) Full-Stack Web Developer to join a leading German FinTech company, focusing on developing innovative features using modern JavaScript and PHP. You will operate within an agile environment, taking responsibility for the full development lifecycle, from frontend and backend implementation to database interaction. A key part of the role involves ensuring code quality through automated testing, conducting code reviews, and collaborating closely with Product Management to optimize the customer experience. Beyond pure development, you will manage operational tasks, including conducting releases and configuring server systems using Infrastructure as Code. The ideal candidate must possess a strong IT background, evidenced by a relevant university degree or vocational training, excellent knowledge of at least one modern programming language, and fluent German (C1 level) is mandatory for effective team communication and collaboration.
