This full-time, permanent position seeks a dedicated Concrete Technologist to serve as the Deputy Testing Laboratory Manager, supporting a company specializing in construction site monitoring and quality control across Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia. The role involves the independent execution of material testing, primarily focused on concrete, including sampling and testing of fresh and hardened concrete, and analyzing results according to relevant standards. Key responsibilities include personnel disposition within the testing facility, coordinating initial tests, developing concrete recipes, and ensuring quality control. Candidates should possess a background as a Construction Materials Tester or a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on building materials, ideally holding an advanced concrete technology qualification (E-Schein). Success in this role requires strong technical and commercial understanding, reliability, and excellent customer-facing skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Class B driving license.
