Job Summary

This role involves operating and maintaining critical digital switching systems for Airbus Secure Land Communications, a leading provider of professional mobile radio solutions, including nationwide security networks. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of voice switching and signaling faults, configuration of switching centers, and deployment of software upgrades and patches in customer environments. The position requires close collaboration with customers, project teams, and various technical departments (Radio, System Engineering). Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, deep knowledge of digital switching technology (ideally DXT systems), and proficiency in both German and English.
