Job Summary

This role as a Configuration and Change Manager at Airbus Defence and Space in Bremen focuses on supporting and executing critical Change and Problem Report Management processes within the Combat & Mission sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and developing common Life-Cycle processes to ensure comprehensive Configuration Management (CM) control throughout product development. Key daily tasks include monitoring CM deliverables, defining new CM tool functionalities, coordinating changes between Engineering, PMO, Production, and ILS, and managing documentation within the PDM system. This position requires a completed degree in Computer Science or Engineering, profound knowledge of end-to-end CM processes, and practical experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems. Fluency in English and good German skills are mandatory, offering a challenging opportunity within the complex aerospace and defense industry.
