Job Summary

This role involves managing the central workflow-management system, JobRouter, for a leading global provider of submarines and naval vessels. The IT Application Manager will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and support of the system, acting as a key driver of digitalization within the customer's business processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements from business units, translating them into digital workflows, and ensuring implementation adheres to IT standards and architectural guidelines. Furthermore, the manager will independently lead smaller development projects within JobRouter, manage interfaces and integration with other enterprise applications, and provide technical guidance to student employees. This position requires a background in IT, strong application management skills, and experience in workflow or quality management.
