Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated Civil Engineer to join the Underground Construction department for the City of Rheinberg. The specialist will be responsible for executing comprehensive sewer and road construction projects, encompassing the full lifecycle from planning and tender document creation (LV-Erstellung) to construction supervision, billing, inventory cost distribution, and warranty tracking. A key responsibility involves managing external engineering firms for larger construction measures. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, possesses strong IT skills (especially MS Office), and demonstrates independent, responsible work habits, coupled with excellent communication and team-working abilities. Experience with VOB/HOAI regulations and specific AVA/CAD software is highly desirable, making this an attractive, full-time, permanent position within a supportive municipal environment.
