Job Summary

This role involves acting as an IT System Specialist for ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH, a leading maritime high-technology company in Bremen. The specialist will be responsible for the administration and support of complex IT infrastructure and application systems, focusing on Network, Data Center, and Workplace environments. Key daily tasks include managing and optimizing complex IT services, developing standard services for the self-service portal, and providing Second-Level support for incident resolution using diagnostic systems. You will also participate in IT projects and implement changes following ITIL processes, ensuring the quality of simpler IT services. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, initial professional experience in complex IT infrastructure administration, and ITIL certification. Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is mandatory, as is strong technical understanding and knowledge of IT service monitoring. This position offers the flexibility of up to 50% remote work.
