Job Summary

This role involves acting as the Electrical Components Coordinator for TKMS GmbH, a leading global system supplier for submarines and naval ships, based in Bremen. Day-to-day responsibilities include assigning customs tariff numbers (requiring personal certification), managing GTIN and GS1 numbers, and processing quality reports. A crucial part of the job is evaluating and introducing replacement materials for obsolete components. The coordinator will also maintain material master data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as REACH and RoHS, and provide material consultation and support for the development team regarding material registration and effort estimations. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, or a technician/master qualification in Information and System Electronics, coupled with fundamental knowledge of electromechanical and electronic components, SAP proficiency, and fluent German and English skills.
