Job Summary

This role involves the independent planning and development of application-specific hardware systems, managing the entire lifecycle from initial concept through to series production. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing customer requirements, consulting with international development partners, and defining the hardware structure at the block diagram level within the overall system architecture. The engineer will ensure implementation adheres to technical, economic, and ecological standards, and will be responsible for comprehensive documentation, stakeholder presentations, and training internal and external partners. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics and possess initial professional experience in hardware development, ideally within the automotive sector, coupled with strong analytical skills and fluent proficiency in both German and English.
