Job Summary

This leadership role involves taking overall responsibility for all activities within Process Development, reporting directly to the Management Board. The Head of Process Development will focus on the continuous analysis and optimization of existing process landscapes, with a strong emphasis on digitization, transparency, and cross-departmental collaboration. Key responsibilities include developing a consistent, SAP-supported process concept, defining and leading internal improvement projects, and conducting tests on adapted processes, primarily within SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Engineering, coupled with several years of experience in process and project management, particularly with SAP-supported business processes (ideally S/4HANA).
