Job Summary

This leadership role involves heading a department focused on planning Technical Building Equipment (TGA), specifically covering sanitation, heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, for a leading German planning consultancy based in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive concepts and solutions for complex construction projects, conducting feasibility studies, and reviewing external plans. Key responsibilities also include managing demanding projects, preparing tenders and change requests, and actively leading and developing project teams. Candidates must possess a technical degree (e.g., Supply Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) and extensive experience in planning and project management for complex building services installations, coupled with proficiency in standard CAD systems.
