This role is for an experienced Fullstack Software Developer specializing in modernizing legacy applications, specifically within inventory management systems. The core responsibility involves refactoring existing applications into a contemporary Go and Vue 3 environment, requiring expertise in developing data migration solutions and ensuring seamless transition to the new architecture. The developer will be crucial in maintaining high code quality through comprehensive testing (Unit, Integration, E2E) and meticulous documentation, while also optimizing performance, resource utilization, and memory management in backend services. The ideal candidate possesses a MINT degree (or equivalent), multi-year experience with Golang and Vue.js, and strong knowledge of Go concurrency patterns. This position offers remote work flexibility or the option to work from the Nuremberg headquarters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and agile development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed MINT degree (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Physics) or comparable training
Experience
- Multi-year experience in Fullstack development with Golang and Vue.js
- Professional experience in modern Go programming, including Goroutines and concurrency patterns
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB is desirable
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos) is advantageous
