Job Summary

The Technical University of Mannheim is seeking an IT Project Management Assistant to join the Campus IT department on a part-time basis (50%, 19.75 hours/week). This role is crucial for supporting the Campus IT leadership in managing and independently executing various IT projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizational support, scheduling, preparing and documenting meetings, and managing project timelines. A key component of the job involves process modeling using BPMN to optimize existing Campus IT processes. The ideal candidate must have a degree or vocational training in Computer Science, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in German, both written and spoken. Experience with project planning software and content management systems (like Typo3) is a distinct advantage.
