Job Summary
This role involves executing and monitoring service orders, repairs, and spare parts offers within an industrial environment, acting as a crucial interface between various departments like Purchasing, Logistics, and Order Management. Day-to-day tasks include creating and tracking offers, generating invoices and delivery notes, and processing orders within the SAP system. The ideal candidate holds a completed commercial vocational training or equivalent, possesses at least three years of professional experience in customer service and quotation processing, and is comfortable with international stakeholder management.
