Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the quality and smooth operation of the production line, specifically within the Equipment Assembly area for Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. The specialist will be responsible for conducting operational surveillance, relevant quality inspections, and monitoring delegated tasks according to defined standards. A key focus is securing production by quickly resolving quality defects, implementing corrective and preventive measures through cross-functional teams, and actively preventing Foreign Object Debris (FOD). The ideal candidate must possess a background in aerospace manufacturing, quality management, and relevant trade qualifications (e.g., Aircraft Electronics Technician or Aircraft Mechanic) combined with strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in German and English, and the ability to work independently in a demanding, shift-based environment.
