Job Summary

This role involves working as a Solution Architect focusing on network planning for a high-tech software manufacturer specializing in communication technology for the defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing IT concepts, creating configuration specifications for IT components and transmission systems (both soft- and hardware), and overseeing new development, enhancement, and commissioning activities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing, participating in, and evaluating field tests, implementing concepts, and closely collaborating with System Engineers/Architects. Key qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar, professional experience in integrating data transmission systems/networks, and a focus on cellular, deployable, and satellite communication network planning. The position is full-time, permanent, and based near Memmingen, requiring four days per week in the office with one day of potential home office.
