Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Software Integration and Verification Engineer for Airbus Helicopters, focusing on embedded systems within the aerospace sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis, refinement, and maintenance of software requirements, ensuring compliance with military and DO-178C certification standards. The engineer will define and implement comprehensive test strategies, develop automated and manual test procedures, and conduct formal qualification tests on software test benches. A key aspect of the role is collaboration with cross-functional teams (systems, avionics, safety engineering), performing root cause analyses, and creating high-quality verification documentation. Additionally, the position includes Scrum Master responsibilities, facilitating agile processes, coordinating sprints, and coaching the team to ensure timely project delivery. Candidates must have a degree in a relevant engineering field, practical experience in embedded software development and verification, and familiarity with airworthiness processes.
