Job Summary

The Senior (Lead) Test Automation Engineer will be responsible for driving test automation within agile projects, contributing to the development of digital solutions with societal relevance. Day-to-day tasks include specifying, planning, implementing, and executing automated tests, as well as leading a team of automation specialists. This involves conducting reviews, supporting team members through pair-programming, and defining sprint scopes. A key focus is integrating and optimizing test processes within CI/CD pipelines, documenting results, and continuously improving tools, processes, and frameworks. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in test automation for complex web projects or specialized applications. Expertise in quality assurance methodologies, test automation frameworks (like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright), and object-oriented programming (Java/JavaScript) is essential.
