Job Summary
This role is for a versatile IT Allrounder who will manage the technical backbone of a modern Legal-Tech company, driving innovation in infrastructure and AI integration. The professional will split their time 50/50 between hands-on User Support (Hotline, ticketing, rapid resolution) and critical System Administration tasks. Key responsibilities include managing Windows and Citrix environments, overseeing virtualization, handling software distribution, and administering the VoIP telephone system. The ideal candidate is proactive, focusing not just on reacting to issues but also on process improvement, documentation, and advancing automation and digitalization efforts. This position requires strong technical skills in Windows Server, AD, networking, and security basics, paired with a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and communicative personality ready to grow the IT landscape in a fast-paced Munich-based environment.
Required Skills
Education
IT apprenticeship (preferably IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional IT experience (Administration combined with Support)
- Professional experience as an Administrator and in IT Support (2+ years)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and ticket systems (advantageous)
