The Technical Dispatcher/Coordinator is the central hub, managing service orders from acceptance and prioritization through documentation and billing. Key responsibilities include utilizing CAFM/ERP systems for order processing, managing schedules, and ensuring high service quality through diligent documentation and status tracking. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, or HVAC) or a commercial background with strong technical aptitude, coupled with initial professional experience in a technical coordination or dispatch role. Excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and fluency in German are essential for smooth interaction with customers, technicians, and internal departments.
