Job Summary

This role seeks a Head of Quality and Project Management to lead and evolve the integrated Quality Management (QM) system across hospitals and care homes. Key responsibilities include coordinating decentralized QM representatives, driving organizational change management, conducting internal audits, and overseeing external ISO 9001 certifications. Furthermore, the incumbent will manage the full project lifecycle, from preparing proposals and leading approved initiatives to resolving conflicts between technical requirements and departmental needs, ensuring project transparency regarding progress, budget, and risks. Candidates must possess a relevant degree (e.g., Health Management, Economics) or equivalent administrative qualification, coupled with essential expertise in ISO 9001 and risk management standards (ISO 31000). Practical experience in clinical quality and risk management is highly beneficial. Required Skills

Education

Qualification for the 3rd career level in Administration and Finance (for civil servants) OR equivalent degree in Nursing Management, Health Management, Social Work, or Economics. Expertise in DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 31000 / ÖNR 49000 standards is required.

Experience

  • Practical experience in (clinical) Quality and Risk Management (Ideally)
  • Initial experience in project work considering clinical procedures and regulations (Ideally)
