As a (Senior) Sales and Recruiting Consultant, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of client acquisition, from identifying key decision-makers at top companies to securing new business through compelling presentations and successful contract negotiations. A core part of the role involves expert relationship management, building sustainable client relationships, and strategically analyzing market trends. Furthermore, you will act as a competent Recruiting Consultant, identifying and matching specialized IT and Engineering professionals for various contract types (Contracting, Permanent, Temporary). The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and proven experience in sales, ideally within the personnel services sector, supported by a relevant degree or comparable qualification.

Experience
- Professional experience in sales and new customer acquisition
