Job Summary

The Federal Office for Building and Regional Planning (BBR) is seeking two experienced Engineers to join their teams in Berlin, focusing on complex construction projects for federal institutions, including the Federal Council and the Office of the Federal President. This role involves acting as Project Lead or Project Case Worker, managing all phases of construction projects from goal definition and financial clearance to execution, commissioning, and defect management. Key responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders (clients, users, consultants), drafting contracts, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality specifications, particularly within the demanding fields of electrical and communications technology. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Communications Technology and extensive professional experience in managing high-quality, technically complex building projects, including work on existing and historically significant structures.
