This role involves contributing to the STARK-LS project at the Institute for Learning and Innovation in Networks (ILIN) by analyzing the potential and limitations of AI-supported assistance systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed analyses regarding AI systems for creating low-threshold formats in easy language, and assessing their role in integrating individuals with cognitive or psychological impairments into the labor market. A core responsibility is the analysis and conceptual design of socio-technical methods to ensure simple and trustworthy utilization of these AI systems in work contexts. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Business Information Systems or Industrial Engineering and possesses a strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration, coupled with the ability to publish research findings effectively in both German and English.
