Job Summary

This full-time role (part-time possible) as a Security Management Specialist involves ensuring the comprehensive safety and security of the Sparkasse Vorpommern locations. The specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining critical security processes, including compliance with standards such as VdS, DGUV, and workplace guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include supporting risk assessments, maintaining security documentation, coordinating preventative fire protection measures, controlling fire safety equipment, managing external service providers, and assisting with safety training and evacuation drills. Candidates are required to bring a solid academic foundation in a technical field coupled with practical experience, along with in-depth knowledge of fire protection, occupational safety, and relevant security standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, communicative, and possesses the flexibility required to collaborate across departments, especially during exceptional circumstances.
