Job Summary
This role seeks a Civil or Environmental Engineer specializing in Urban Water Management to join the team in Schwerin. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing diverse projects focused on municipal water supply, rainwater management, and potentially wastewater disposal. Day-to-day tasks involve developing suitable solutions and systems based on client requirements and foundational data, coordinating these solutions with clients and regulatory authorities, and detailing the planning through to final execution drawings. This includes dimensioning various process stages and system components. The position requires a strong technical understanding of practical aspects of the field, such as pumps, piping, and fittings, and involves occasional on-site appointments with clients across Northern Germany. Good German language skills (C1 minimum) and a relevant engineering degree are essential.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering with a specialization in Urban Water Management or Water Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning tasks within municipal water management projects
- Fundamental understanding of practical aspects of the field (e.g., process measurement technology)

- Driver's license Class B required; Availability for occasional on-site appointments with customers in Northern Germany.
