Job Summary

This role involves taking ownership of the development and optimization of Machine Learning and AI applications for CHECK24 Explorer, focusing heavily on Recommender Systems and Generative AI. The developer will be responsible for implementing state-of-the-art ML methodologies, building professional data pipelines, and establishing robust MLOps workflows. A key part of the job is ensuring the interpretability and explainability of developed models and analyzing customer journey data (search, booking, usage) to drive product improvements. The position requires close collaboration with software development, product management, and executive teams to deliver data-driven, personalized customer solutions. Candidates must bring at least three years of experience in generative AI and ML application development, proficiency in Python and standard ML frameworks, and strong database skills (SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis).
