This leadership role involves setting strategic direction for channel management across diverse markets, customer segments, and product types. The Head of Channel Management will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new sales partners, building long-term relationships, and professionally managing the existing network. A core function is the end-to-end development of a compelling partner program, including defining clear objectives, creating value propositions, and ensuring measurable success. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to drive Go-to-Market initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills to inspire and develop the team, extensive experience in channel sales, and proficiency in modern CRM systems. The position requires approximately 20% international travel to expand the network and strengthen partner relationships.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration (BWL), Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a comparable field
