Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level IT support and system administration for B2B customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their office information technology systems. The specialist will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software solutions, monitoring customer IT systems using specialized monitoring tools, and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site. A key focus is maintaining a strong service orientation while interacting with clients. Candidates must have a completed professional training in the IT field or equivalent knowledge, coupled with practical experience in Microsoft Client, Server, and/or Cloud environments.
