Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the digitalization of quality processes within a global leader in innovative dispensing systems, focusing on maintaining and evolving established systems in a GMP environment across the Radolfzell and Eigeltingen sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as a Key User for digital tools like SAP DMS, SAP Test Planning, QM systems, Power BI, and SharePoint. The specialist will participate in digitalization projects to optimize quality and business processes, ensuring data integrity. Key tasks also involve defining requirements, testing, and implementing new digital quality solutions, managing documentation (maintenance, release monitoring), and conducting user training. The ideal candidate is a 'Digital Native' with a technical degree or equivalent training, preferably IT-related, possessing excellent German and English skills, and a structured, responsible approach to work. Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is beneficial, making this an excellent opportunity for a team player passionate about digital transformation in a regulated industry.
