This role involves supporting public sector clients as an IT Service Technician, focusing on maintaining and upgrading critical IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving incidents based on pre-qualified tickets, executing IT rollouts, migrations, and office relocations, and collaborating closely with team members. A core part of the job is performing physical connections, hardware installations, and upgrading/adapting IT equipment according to instructions, including hardware repairs based on provided parts and solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical vocational education or equivalent practical experience, strong knowledge of hardware from common manufacturers, and excellent proficiency in current Microsoft operating systems.
