You will independently conduct necessary laboratory investigations, establish chemical-physical parameters, and maintain responsible oversight of the hazardous materials interim storage facility. A key part of the job is the professional preparation, packaging, and loading of identified special waste for transport to disposal or recycling plants, including mandatory departure controls. The position requires a completed vocational qualification in a chemical field (e.g., Chemical Laboratory Technician), technical understanding, proficiency with digital PC systems, and the physical fitness to work outdoors and wear respiratory protection.
