Job Summary
This leadership role involves managing and developing the Quality Assurance/Quality Management department at the Grabow facility, ensuring strict compliance with all food safety regulations, including HACCP, IFS, BRC, and Organic standards. The Head of QA will be responsible for planning and executing internal and external customer audits and certifications, handling customer complaints, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include training staff on quality and hygiene, managing communication with authorities, customers, and suppliers on quality-related matters, and maintaining risk analyses. Candidates must possess a degree in Food Technology, Ökotrophology, or Biology, coupled with practical experience in quality management within the food industry and strong knowledge of relevant legal standards. The position offers significant scope for design and decision-making within a motivated team and a modern working environment.
