This critical role requires an Electrical Engineering Specialist to take technical leadership and planning responsibility for complex infrastructure projects across road, rail, and industrial sectors. Key daily tasks involve steering and organizing interdisciplinary project teams, participating in crucial internal and external project meetings, and meticulously reviewing technical documents and concepts for quality and feasibility. A significant component of the role is contributing to the continuous development of the department and providing expert mentoring and guidance to junior engineers. Successful candidates must hold a technical degree in Electrical Engineering (HTL, FH, or University equivalent) and possess multi-year practical experience in planning, ideally within large-scale infrastructure environments.
